When you create an account on sifu, you enter into an agreement with us regarding how our platform operates, what we require from you, and what you can expect from our service. These terms set out the conditions under which we provide access to our slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), live-dealer tables, sportsbook markets, and esports coverage.

We frame our service as available only in jurisdictions where local law permits online gaming. All account holders are responsible for verifying that their access to sifu complies with their own region's regulations. We do not operate in territories where online wagering is prohibited by law.

You may not create multiple accounts. If we detect duplicate accounts under your name, email, or payment method, we reserve the right to freeze all related accounts and forfeit balances. Account sharing (allowing another person to use your login) is also prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

Jurisdiction and Eligibility

Our services are available only where local law permits. We perform location checks at registration and during account use. If your IP address or account details indicate you are in a prohibited jurisdiction, we may restrict or close your access. We do not operate in territories where online gaming is banned. Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and surrounding supported regions typically have full access, subject to local law compliance.

Jurisdiction responsibility rests with the user

It is your responsibility to confirm that your access and use of sifu comply with your jurisdiction's law. We provide access based on our location checks, but we cannot guarantee legality in every region.

Account Security and Two-Factor Authentication

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. We encourage all sifu account holders to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) before their first withdrawal. 2FA requires a second confirmation (via email or SMS code) when you log in from a new device or initiate sensitive actions such as withdrawals.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately via the in-app help form. We investigate account-security incidents within one business day and may freeze your account pending resolution.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Bonus Terms on sifu

Deposits and Payment Methods

sifu accepts deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits via e-wallet typically credit within minutes; bank transfers may take several hours during business hours or up to one business day outside banking hours. All deposits go directly into your account balance and are available for play immediately upon receipt.

We do not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may apply its own fees. We cannot reverse or refund deposits once they are credited to your account, except in cases of unauthorized transactions (which you must report within 48 hours).

Withdrawals and Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. We process withdrawal requests within one business day of your request, provided your account has passed KYC verification and shows no suspicious activity. Large withdrawals (defined as above a certain threshold) may trigger a standard compliance review, which extends processing by up to two additional business days.

We return funds to your original payment method. If you have registered multiple payment methods, you may choose which one to withdraw to, as long as your account records show you own that method (verified during KYC).

Bonus Terms and Turnover Requirements

When we offer a deposit bonus or promotion, the terms are published in the promotion details. Bonuses typically carry a turnover requirement: you must wager the bonus amount (sometimes multiplied by a factor, e.g. 2×) before you can withdraw the bonus funds. Turnover is calculated on your total wagered across all games on sifu—slots, live tables, and sportsbook.

Bonuses are not guaranteed to unlock additional wins; they are credit to your account balance that you must use according to the promotion's rules. If you do not meet the turnover requirement within the promotion's time window, the unused bonus expires and is forfeited. We do not re-credit expired bonuses.

We do not guarantee any outcome or win rate. All games carry a built-in house edge, meaning that over time, the platform retains a percentage of total wagered funds. This is inherent to gaming and is not an indication of unfair play.

Account Closure and Disputes

You may request to close your sifu account at any time by contacting support. We process account closure requests within one business day. Upon closure, we return any remaining balance to your registered payment method within five business days.

If you dispute a transaction, win outcome, or account issue, contact our support team via the in-app help form with details (date, game, bet amount, screenshot if possible). We investigate disputes within two business days and provide a resolution or explanation. If we find an error on our side, we credit your account; if the dispute lies with the payment provider or RNG outcome, we explain the finding and next steps.

Our Commitments and Limitations
